1. Are my plays, views and friends permanent? 
   Yes.  Your new Total plays, views and friends are permanent so long as your myspace account remains active. 
2. Do you require a special code on my profile?
   No. Our service does not require special profile codes to be placed on your page. 
3. Will you ask for my Myspace Login info?
   No. We do not require your password or username. Just the band URL and your friend ID simply for verfication purposes.
4. Do I have to have thousands of friends to get myspace plays?
   No. You can promote as much as you like without having thousands friends/fans.
5. So I can get as many as 50,000 plays in about 30minutes?
   Publishing your myspace music on our network can get you tens of thousands of views and plays in a single day. We recommend you promote reasonably and responsibly with gradual increases in activity. Myspace has decided to crack down on "unusually large" increases in play activity. This is a result of those excessively using Bots, Scripts and other Hit generators to falsely inflate their play activity which is a violation of Myspace's Terms of Service.
6. Do you offer a service for bringing more Visits to my page?

7. Do you copy my music player somewhere outside my page to generate plays?
   No. That is called "Cloning" and is against MySpace.com Terms of Use. It will result in your page getting deleted. Do not do that yourself nor should you pay someone else to.  We use our network promotions system to quickly draw thousands of participating music fans to your Myspace music page to audition your songs.
8. Do you accept any other forms of payment ?
   We accept secure payments thru Paypal.  You may also use your credit card or electronic check to process thru Paypal.  A paypal account is not required.  All payments will be verified prior to completion of your order. E-Check orders are held until payment clears.
9. Is there a subscription service available?
   We now offer our PlayScheduler service that allows you to promote daily for 7-day or 30-day periods and you simply re-order once your order is complete.
10. How will I know when my Plays have been updated ?
    First, we email you telling you that your purchase was confirmed, then as soon as it activates, we will email you a completion notification once your order has been completed. Your Myspace music player may take several hours to show results. In most cases you will see results within minutes
11. How long will I stay on the Myspace charts?
    It Depends.  New artists are emerging every day.  To keep your spot, you have to promote consistently. Myspace charts are recalculated every day.  If another band surpasses you in plays and viewss and consistently promotes thru get myspace plays, then you may lose your chart position.
12. Does your service Guarantee against the loss of my myspace page?
    We cannot guarantee against any action that Myspace takes against your music page - including profile deletion.  Profile owners must abide by the Terms of Use of Myspace.com and we cannot control all activities of myspace users.  Also, other actions that are beyond our control may result in your profile being deleted. Examples include your profile being hacked by spammers, viruses, posting prohibited content, etc. Our clients have never reported a problem related to our service.
13. Is GMP considered to be "Bot" and against Myspace TOS?
Our system is not a "Bot".  Myspace security has new servers that automatically detect when your band page is using a "Bot" to artificially increase plays.  Our service publishes your myspace songs on our promotions network that reaches both myspace users and non-myspace users across the internet and we never copy your music player.
14. Whats the advantage of using GMP over sites who offer free plays or cheaper play packages?
Our service places your myspace songs on our promotions network that reaches thousands of myspace users and non-myspace users across the internet. Be wise to other sites who simply offer plays, as most are using bots, scripts or other methods that violate Myspace Terms of Service. Their services will put your band page at risk for deletion with no chance of getting it back.
15. Our Band page was deleted using another service, can you help me recover?
Short answer is No.  No one except Myspace is able to recover your band page. There have been cases where if you plead your case, you can get your Myspace back if your account was hacked. In most other cases, you won't get your profile back. We are developing a solution that will help protect your music profile from deletion or hacking, however, once you've lost your myspace band page, consider it gone forever!
16. Has your service ever gotten anybody a record deal?
We actually have had a few dozen bands get professional record deals with the increased exposure thru promotions with us.  Of course "It's the Music that Counts" too!  But we consistently have artists and bands come back to us thanking us for promoting their music  and reporting all of the success and accolades they have recieved by giving their music increased exposure.  Several bands have secured TV and Film placement of their music, Major and Indie record contracts, Touring with larger bands and tons more friends and fans on Myspace!    Of course, promotion is only one part of being a successfully musician or label. There is also Songwriting, Recording, Producing, Artist Development, and Marketing which are all huge factors that determine whether your project will be successfull in the marketplace.
17. I only want to promote 1 song instead of all 5 songs on my player, can you guys do this?
When submitting your order, you will recieve an email confirmation from us at that time you can specify your song choice or email us anytime before we process your order.
18. I purchased your Play Scheduler and really love it, but can I switch songs during my campaign?
When we setup your play scheduler account, we publish the songs that are currently loaded up into your music player at the time you placed your order.  It takes a good deal of time to cancel your schedule and replace songs.  So in an effort to keep prices affordable, we ask that you do not change songs during your PlayScheduler promotions run.  If you absolutely must change your songs, please contact us with a REAL GOOD REASON and we may charge an administrative change fee.  
19. Does GMP offer custom play packs or one-offs?
On any of our packages you can always change the QTY during paypal check to adjust the quantity of items.  For example, if you want 30,000 plays, simply order a 10k single-day play pack and change the QTY to "3" during Paypal check out. 20. What if I'm not happy, can I get a Refund ?
With the chance that you are not happy with our service, we will happily refund your money so long as your order has not been processed.  If we HAVE processed your order, and your myspace plays have been activated, unfortunately we WOULD NOT be able to refund your money however, we can at our option decide to issue additional credits.  Also, if for some reason the Myspace website is having technical problems and your promotion has already started, will credit you the lost time until the Myspace problems are resolved.
